Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour with Morocco Travel Packages (referred to in these conditions as “we” or “us”), you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services under your booking.
Booking Procedures & Payments:
Once you agree on the itinerary and price, we will send a detailed itinerary and invoice with payment instructions. Your booking is confirmed once we receive an initial 25% deposit. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Payment schedule:
• 25%: Initial deposit
• Remaining balance: Paid locally to our staff
Private desert tours, day trips, and activities:
• Cash payments accepted in Euros, US Dollars, UK Sterling, or Moroccan Dirhams
• Onsite credit card or PayPal payments accepted with an additional 5% processing fee
Shared group tours and activities:
• Remaining balance to be paid onsite before departure in Euros, US Dollars, UK Sterling, or Moroccan Dirhams
• Local credit card or PayPal payments before arrival incur 20% VAT + 5% processing fees
Changes to Your Booking:
We will make every effort to accommodate changes at no extra charge. Requests within 15 days of departure may not be feasible. Any changes must be confirmed in writing. If changes cannot be made, you may proceed with the original booking or cancel and pay applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy:
Notify us in writing as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Charges depend on the number of days prior to departure:
• More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
• 15–30 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
• 10–15 days before the tour: 30% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
• Less than 10 days before the tour: No refund is available.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
We may cancel tours due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, war, riots, terrorism, adverse weather, etc.). Paid amounts, including deposits, will be refunded, but no additional compensation is provided.
Special Requests:
Any dietary, medical, mobility, or other special requirements must be provided in writing before booking. We will communicate these to our partners to ensure safety and comfort. If requests cannot be met, we will inform you prior to booking.
Insurance:
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler. We strongly recommend obtaining coverage for illness, cancellation, lost baggage, or delays.
Our Responsibility:
We accept liability only if services are not delivered as described and are below reasonable standards. Compensation is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for personal injury, illness, damage, death, or loss during your trip.
Travel Documentation:
Travelers must ensure possession of valid passports and visas. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months before entering Morocco.
Privacy & Confidentiality:
We protect your personal information and use it only to complete bookings with hotels and other service providers. Necessary information (dietary, medical, or disability-related) will be shared with partners to ensure safety and service quality.
